Each mileage policy has its own set of date ranges for when legislation, tax rules or company rules change over time. If you need to add a new date range to an existing policy, select “Administration” on the main menu, then select “Expense Mileage Policies”.
When the list of policies is shown, click the “Set Rates” button for the policy you wish to update, then click on the “Manage” link alongside the “Dates” table header. When the list of existing date ranges is shown, click on the “Add A New Date Range” link at the top of the page and enter the start date for the new range, then click “Add Date” to add the new date range.
When you have added the date range, click on the “Back to policy” link at the top of the page and enter the reimbursement rates for the new date range rows.
