To remove a timesheet record you can either click on the “View Timesheets” button on your dashboard or go the “Absences/Schedule” option on the main menu and click on the “View My Timesheets” link at the top of the page.
When the calendar is shown, click on the record you wish to delete and then click on the “Delete Entry” button to remove it.
If your account is set to require approval for changes to timesheets, then the record will still be shown as a “Draft Delete” record or a “Submitted Delete” record if you have submitted a request for approval. You cannot edit an entry once it has been requested, but you can cancel the request if you need to make a change to the record. Just follow the on-screen prompts to cancel the request before editing.
