How do I hire an applicant?

To hire an applicant, select the “Recruitment” link from the main menu. On the Manage Vacancies page, click the “View” button for the vacancy you wish to manage.

On the Vacancy Tools menu, select the “Applicants” option to view the Applicants panel for the vacancy and click the “View” button alongside the applicant you wish to view, which will display the applicant’s dashboard.

Next, click the “Hire” button to open the “Hire Applicant” form. This is the same as the “Add Employee” form and is pre-populated with the applicant’s information.

Complete the form and click “Add” to hire the applicant. This will create the employee record, mark all other applicants for the role as “Rejected” and close the vacancy record.
