If you are an employee, then the only way to change your personal details is to request a change of details. To do this, go to the “My Details” option on the main menu and amend any details you wish to change. At the bottom of the form, click “Request Update” to create a request which is then sent to your administrator.
Note: You may only have one request open at a time. If you have already submitted a request which is awaiting approval, then the “My Details” page will display a warning at the top of the page and none of the form fields will be editable.
