If you have Flexible Working enabled on your account, you are able to request changes to your working time. To do this, click on the “Holidays/Absences” link on the main menu to view your current holiday and working schedule.
To request a change to the working times for a specific date, either click on the working time block itself on the calendar or click on the “Add Working Time Change Request” link at the top of the page.
The form that is then displayed allows you to change the date you are requesting for and set the start and end times for the shifts you work on that date. Amend these to the times you wish and click “Add Request” to send a request to your administrator. You will receive a notification by email and an alert in the system when the request has been approved or rejected.
