If an employee can't remember their username to access the system, a user with administrative access can check the assigned username by accessing the employee record from the "Employees" option on the main menu and navigating to the employee's account.
Once you are on the employee dashboard, open the employee menu and select the "Edit" option. At the bottom of the edit form, you'll find the login username for the employee.
Unfortunately we don't have the option within the system to change an employee's username once created. If you'd like to have the username changed, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name and email address for the employee along with the new username and we'll get that changed for you.
