If you wish to change an employee’s username, this can be performed from the Edit Details page within the employee’s record. First navigate to the employee from the “Employees” option on the main menu, then either click on the “Edit Details” button on their dashboard or open the large employee menu and select “Edit”.
When the employee details page appears, scroll down to the “Login and Access” panel at the bottom of the form and update the username as required. If the name entered has already been used, you will be shown an alert when you try to save the page. If the name has not been used, submitting the form will update the employee’s username.
