To delete a custom data object, first click on “Administration” on the main menu and then select “Custom Data Objects” from the “Employee Administration” panel.
The system will then show a page with a list of currently defined custom objects. Click the “Delete” button for the object you wish to remove and confirm your choice in the dialog box that is shown to remove the object.
Note: If the object has been used in employee records, you will not be able to delete the object type without first deleting the employee records. If you don’t wish to delete those records, you can disable the object by clicking on the “Disable” button, which will hide the object and records from the system but retain the employee information.
